The arm rest pad on my wife's 2006 C230. We had trouble opening it (maybe we put too much stuff in it?) and when we finally got it open, it sort of came unhinged (it opens from the front or either side). I have a 2005 C230K and I had the same problem before I bought it at CarMax, but they fixed it before I took delivery. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me how they fixed it. This sounds like something that isn't that uncommon.

Does anybody know the trick to hooking them back so they open correctly and don't come off again?
