Hey GerdH - how did you end up cutting this check valve? I'm currently tacking this p0410 code in my 99 C230k and it really doesn't want to come out. I've hit it with PB catalyst over a couple days and its just staring at me... mocking me. Thanks for any help! Ed

My 2005 C230 V6 coupe sometimes cannot start on its own, sometimes it does. It is now showing engine diagnostic sign on the dash. On checking the battery, it is running low when ignition on and when you put ignition in the last notch before starting, there is a tick tick sound in the ESP dynamo in front (engine). The reading in the dash displays - ESP Dynamo-meter test, W.term 15off. What is this suppose to mean. What exactly is the problem? How to fix this? Please assist gentlemen, very frustrated.
