Link to webpage for approved MB motor oils:
http://www.whnet.com/4x4/oil.html
The oil spec minimum requirement varies with the year of the car. As long as the oil meets the spec it should be fine even though it's not listed.

A Google search didn't turn up any information on Coastal Oil products.
What you need to do is look at the specification for Coastal Oil that should be on the packaging.
For instance, Mobil 1 0W-40 Fully Synthetic haslisted on it's container that it meets MB Spec 229.5. It also lists an API specification ofSM,SL/CF. API is a petroleum industry trade association.
Soif the Coastal Oil Product has either the MB or API specification that is appropriate for your vehicle. It would be OK to use.
