my c230 developed a weird clunking noise in the right rear wheel area today...only on uneven roadway, or dirt -- can not hear it on highway. Mechanic had it for two hours and could not find the problem...does not make the noise when it is "bounced" on the rake...drives fine--just strange noise. Notice it a little more intensely when I turn to the right. Anyone have ideas?
