I have a 1998 C230 and I am looking for a compatible CD Changer for it. I already had a botton for CD in the Radio panel, that makes me think I should be able to plug it in somewhere and make it work. Does anyone have a thought on this? I have been to the dealer for this and I felt my ears grinding when I was quoted the price - both purchase and installation.

You can find it at Crutchfield. They have a website that will tell you what fits and they aways send the proper wiring. I checked for mine and it was 250.00, I didn't buy it yet because I can't decide to change the radio or get the changer. I did't get the radio code with my car.
