C300 Hid's?

C300 Hid's?
I have a friend with a Red 2008 C300 and he's thinking of changing his HID's since the temperature is pretty low i assume its 4300K stock? What's the special number of the Hids? H1? H7? Btw The lower fogs use the same bulb correct?
And while taking out the Hid's you just have to un-hook it and pull it out correct? I don't need to mess around with the screws correct?
