I own a C230 2002 komp. it recently started accelerating by itself. (note my check engine light is on) The rpm at a complete stop is jumping from 0 to 10 then back down to 0 and so on. While in drive i feel the car tugging me forward as if i am stepping on the gas with my foot on and off on and off. So i feel it jerking me! The code that was read was p0101. but I feel like that can not be right! I just put in a new MAF 06/27/11!!

Its a little unsafe to be driving! I had an oil change thinking it could just be filters, but it soon started doing it again.
However apparently people dont listen to a female when i correctly tell them how much oil quarts should be put in. They follow a book and put 7.4 instead of 5.9 into a 2 door kompressor! This place i found actually listened to me and said in their books it is 5.9 for a 2 door a 4 door requires 7.4... SO, they have over fulled my engine twice before. Could this be the reason some part went bad because of past over fills???

Should i clean it out and see if this stops the accelerating and jerking??
My uncle also said the steering wheel fluid is at minimum and needs to be fulled up. Im not sure if that has anything to do with it. But most likely it is the MAF, but what it can exactly be... i have no clue.

PLEASE HELP!
