I own a C230 1997 it just turned 100,000 miles. I have had very little maintance except changing the oil and a few minor things done. What service should I have done to it now.

Here is what I think should be done:
change the fuel filter
change spark plugs
change the oil


Are those the correct things to be done? Should the shocks be checked on the car?

I also have a light out over the gas gauge can I replace that myself?

You can except to run your car next 100.000 miles easily. Change oil and oil filter on time and enjoy a ride.

 

Another 100,000 that is terrific. You don't think I need to change the spark plugs?
