Default c220 cdi vibrating,help please...

Hey,im just searching the net to find help as my local garages haven't got a clue..I've got a 2004 c220cdi avantgarde auto, last month it started vibrating badly after 40mph,sometimes does it at lower speeds depending on the gradient of the road.If you are going up a steep hill, the passenger seat will shake all over the show! The vibrating can mainly be felt in the foot well, where the clutch pedal would be if a manual. The car had after market 18 inch alloys fitted, which i was told by the garage was the course of the problem,so i found some original mercedes alloys and had them fitted with new tyres and balanced at the cost of £700 and the problem still there..NOT HAPPY;-( Also had new brake discs and pads fitted as was told they were warped at a cost of £280,and problem still there! I've had enough, thats near on a £1000 wasted for no reason.I've taken it a few garages now and they all suggest to balance the wheels, which have already been done, twice now actually.I'm using this car as a taxi, and is not good for my customers,a few have asked me what the vibrating is and ive noticed i've lost a few regular customers,i'm putting it down to this vibrating;-( Please help, thanks Kev
