Arrow C180 1995 Temperature /sensor problem

I have a C180 1995 model.

The LCD display at the left below the Fuel level and Engine temperture dial is showing between 47 degree Celsius/116.6 degree Fahrenheit and 57 degree Celsius = 134.6 degree Fahrenheit most of the time, no matter in the freezing morning or hot sunny day.

Is this the outside temperature sensor? and is it something wrong with it or what? Is it hard to fix and will I be able to locate the sensor and change it myself?

thanks,

Outside temp sensors go bad all the time the are easy to fix. Check ebay for a good price. You will have to jack up the to take off the underbody panel. The sensor is in the front mesh grill. It takes a few seconds once you get the panel off.
