C w203 exhaust flame catcher ??

Hi thanks for the reply
Thats what I thought... The report the main dealer has gave me states the following:
Exhaust flame catcher broken up and this in turn has damaged the CAT
Apparantly the flame catcher is on the turbo unit.
Total cost £1600 to put right !
£555 +vat for exhaust flame catcher and £474+vat for CAT most likely the upper CAT near engine
I will see if I can get a part number for this flame crapper
