C class sunroof closes too high
The glass sunroof on my 98 C230 closes about 1/8" higher than the roofline and I can't see how to adjust it. I have no idea of the cause, but there is significant additional wind noise caused by this.

RE: C class sunroof closes too high
Sunroof adhustments should be left to a expert, I've been there. Try some Silicone and White Lithium grease on all the joints and runner perhaps it needs a "lube" job. I just bought a 79 450SLC and the rear part of the sunroof wouldn't close tight, so I got out the old trusty Silicone spray and white lithium grease and a little here and there and it come all the way down. I "lube" mine at least twice a year. On the plastic pieces use Silicone and on the metal i.e. runners use the white lithium, last a lot longer than WD40. I use the Silicone on the plastic as a mechanic advised me to never use anything but Silicone on plastic. Make sure you spray inside the roof where the sunroof disappears as best you can.
