Hello, I seem to be unable to increase the audio volume with a phone connected to my car via Bluetooth. My car is a 2011 C350 and completely standard. In all other respects everything works perfectly with sound system audio volume increasing/decreasing on the steering wheel controls. Could anyone guide me to a solution please? The volume is so low when connected it is unusable while driving.

 

Not sure if it helps but make sure the volume is high on the phone as well as in the car with the dial - both seem to influence the volume within the car.

i.e. if the volume on the phone is low then just adjusting the dial in the car will have little effect.
