Hello Everyone

I am new and I really hope someone can help. I have a 95 c220 and love it but the other day the thing caught fire. The damage seems to be to the blower motor and regulator so they tell me at the dealer.
They qoute me a price of 700.00 for the regulator and I seem to be able to buy it on the internet for a mere 120.00. Now I am not sure if I am looking at the right part but I do have the part number and it does seem to bring up a regulator. Also thinking of trying this on myself does anyone have any advice if so would greatly appreciate it
