I have to change fan clutch. the front cooling fans turn on when it gets warm but will not turn on when turning on a/c, they do come on and cycle but do not stay constant. 1> can I jump fans to stay on with ignition? 2. any problem doing this? 3 any other solutions??? This overheated two days ago broke the upper hose connector (to rad and engine)

 

there is a new compressor and receiver drier. New problem is I put new hose on filled system get no Heat. a/c compressor turns on
