Wow, what a job it has been. Replacing headliner was the main focus. It was light gray but interior was black. I removed headliner, peeled off gray felt, and scrubbed...and scrubbed....and scrubbed until I was down to bare fiberglass. I then recovered it with black foam backed headliner. I pulled the A, B, and C pillars and recovered them with fake black leather. Then I used plasticidp to paint the sun visors black. Og sh*t handles were already black.


It's all back together except the rubber molding around the rear passenger door sill. I got too hot out there. But, the end is near.


Oh, My sunroof slider was destroyed. I couldn't find one cheap, which is what I wanted since I was going to have to reupholster it to match interior. Haven't decided for sure whether to do the fake leather or the headliner material. I have enough of both left. But, to finish I needed the slider, the frosted lens covers for the lights in the sunroof control console and some festoon bulbs.


A local junkyard had an E320. The light matched so mI got it, and it had working bulbs in it. And I took the slider on a lark It fit. And this guy, who was a friend of my dads before he passed, charged me 2 bucks for all of it.


If anyone needs parts off an E320 it will be cheap and I will get them for you for cost plus actual shipping.
