I have a 2002 C320 and when I direct the air to flow from the center vents, I feel the air flowing to the floor in addition to the center. Is this normal? I would like more to come to the center and not freeze my feet. Never had this issue on other vehicles. Thanks.

 

Check out the Mercedes Benz AC compressor set up,Many cars are designed for that kind of airflow.I suggest that you can also alternate these air flow by lesseng the volume of aircon or you can do some simple operations by it.

 

I just had that same problem fixed at the dealership on my 2001 C240.
Could not take the cold air on my feet anymore.
