Aftermarket stereo install with stock BOSE amp

Heres the deal:
I got a 95 c280 with an aftermarket "blaupunkt" cd player. The stock MB connector plugs into blaupunkt player without the need of a harness and it turns on and everything but no sound. Not all the connectors plug in, just the big square one. The other connector(which I think is for the amp) does no plug in.
I know that the stereo works because I spliced a speaker directly to the speaker wires coming out of the back and it worked. But it doesn't work in the door wiring because it has to get through the amp. All I have to do is make the amp turn on and everything will be fine except I can't find a wiring diagram anywhere.
Does anyone know the color codes for that other connector? It's the one that has three small brown wires and a few other ones on it?
I know this sounds confusing but if you had to deal with this problem before you would know exactly what I'm talking about.
