No sound from Bose stereo

Default No sound from Bose stereo
My stereo just stopped working one day.I get no sound from the stereo and myCD says no disc and the radio and cassette have no sound either. Have a 6 CD changer in back. 2003 ML 350. Any ideas? Have been to Mercedes garage, but not to dealer. No luck yet.

Ended up going to dealer - replaced preamp and subwoofer units - works fine now. Dealer did all work and replaced units at no charge.
