AC problem in 94 C class!

AC problem in 94 C class!

My fans in the centre of the car blow cold air constantly but the fans at each side of the car blow hot air constantly! It doesnt matter what i have the dials in the car set at they only blow out Cold in the middle and hot at the side!

has anyone had a similar problem and do they know how to fix it?

Any help would be great!

When you fay fans are you talking about the HVAC system inside and the air coming out of the vents?
