does the wood pack come standard in the elegance trim level?

most of the cars i see are either wood pack or automatic trans, but not that many seem to have both..

i have decided the E class i really want is probably going to be oo big, so i'll be looking for a C class, but want wood and auto, should i expect to pay a lot more for cars with both?
