I recently bought a 1999 C230 K but many of the features were not explained to me and I've had to learn from trial & error since the manual was not included with the car. In particular I have no clue what the button to the far right does. It has a car with its rear end lifted and a hook. (The word off is also written on it.) Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

 

This switch DISARM one aspect of the alarm...so that when the car is towed the alarm won't go off. Otherwise, when alarmed is armed and the car is raised for towing, the alarm will go off.
