Here are the codes from my C280:
P0440-Evaporative emissions control system leak detected(ecu), Control module faulty(trans), Starter lock-out contact non operative/transmission oil temperature sensor(trans), CAN communication fault with engine system(trans), RPM N3 too high/external tooth disc carrier, & Gear implausible or transmission slipping(trans).
The shop thinks it may be the trans but doesn't know for sure. Where to start? maybe the trans control module? the check engine light is on and stays on. The trans sticks in 1st if it is cold just starting and sometimes slips between 3rd and 4th. If it sticks I just shut if off and turn it back on and it works fine.

any ideas????

 

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a relief valve to open while changing the radiator antifreeze to get the air out of the system while adding the new fluid.
