I changed the battery on my car and now I need the radio code to allow the radio to operate. I have the radio card that came in the owners manual but it will not accept the code on the card. Anyone have any suggestions?

 

call the dealer where you got the car, or just call Mercedes headquarter

 

it should accept. push the scan button after inputing the code.

 

You will also need your registration to prove you are the owner.
