Sluggish performance and shifting prior to check engine light coming on. Autozone says #3 cyl. misfire with their reader. Any help how to resolve this? Check engine light goes on and off, but the sluggish shifting is their.

I replaced the coil for the 2 plugs that corresponded to the malfunctioning cylinder

 

Needed spark plugs and wires, mass air flow sensor, and a brake light switch, to eliminate check engine light and bring performance up
