My C200 has rapidly developed a collection of symptoms directly related to it not having been properly serviced. We are about to clean out the transmission and check the band settings. Does anyone have the info on how to adjust the transmission bands and any other useful info about changing the transmission fluid etc. My husband is a mechanical engineer and assures me that once he knows how the procedure will be straightforward.
It has only done 126 000km so is not worn out, just not looked after. We are in New Zealand and it is a Japanese import. In mint condition apart from the poor maint - the fuel filter also had never been changed till today!
