I have a 2015 C250 coupe. On my last road trip the Becker Map Pilot navigation system stopped working. I brought it to my dealership where they tried a battery replacement, cartridge replacement/update, new system. Nothing seemed to get this system up and running again. So far I have spent $200 for the dealership to fix the problem. They want me to authorize an additional $600 to start looking through the wiring and connections.

The display screen works for all functions. For navigation, it shows me "activating navigation system", "no navigation system installed" or the Becker welcome screen.
