I'm going to be replacing my coolant temperature sensor on my '08 C300 but I'm curious about some symptoms.
Although I noticed the temp gauge on the dash was erratic, and I used my XTool D8 to scan the error codes, I'm curious why the AC stopped working.
There's no error code on the AC - it'll work perfectly until the Temp sensor light comes on - then it turns humid and stops cooling.
I'm wondering if there is something I'm missing and if there's another sensor that's causing this.
