Default 2006 C280 rubbing on 19's

Hi All,

i just put on my 19's 235/35/8.5 on the front and 265/30/9.5 and when i turn left i can feel it rubbing or a clicking type noise, i have stock springs. Help please.

hi, when i was looking 4 rims i was told 19's 9.5 wide was 2 wide 4 the c280. i would take them off asap so u dont mess them up if they r rubbing.

Turn the wheel all the way in the direction that it rubs then look under the car and see if you can see what is rubbing.

You might have the wrong offset/backspacing

hey there maybe you have to much rubber i dont know much about them but i was told that the biggest i could go on my 99 c230 was 19" but with barely any rubber so i went with 18" but like 2fast4u said they could be to wide, mine r 8" wide and there perfect...9.5" wide..thats a wide tire so more than likely thats what your problem is

Thanks for everyones help, the offset in the rear was wrong, the focker on ebay told me they would fit. i just picked up some used AMG 17' AMG's for 300.00 jut stick with those for now.
