This noise is from my daughter's car. She is about 2 hours from me. Any ideas or help appreciated.

Sounds like a warning buzzer or intermittent electrical issue. Does the buzzing ever stop, like after closing the door? Can you provide a little more information on the specifics?

 

I wish I had more information. Two weeks ago my daughter reported that she saw some smoke coming from under the hood. I quickly drove the distance (100 miles) and trailered it home to my trusted specialist. I was suspecting a water pump or something.

He thoroughly tested it with pressure and so forth and found nothing. The next day I took on a hard 60 mile run. Ran perfectly.

After I hauled it back and told her I'd trust it completely I get this video two days later. It only does it for about 15 seconds and then the noise goes away. No instrument warnings of any kind. She can't replicate the issue nor have enough time to get me on the phone. I was just hoping the noise might be recognized by someone else.

Any other thoughts?
