Hey uys, I have 2003 C230 with just under 100,000 miles. Have had lost of issues with suspension, altenatorand AC parts.

Can any of you lend me your experience with the expected life of the Supercharger. I hear they are expensive to fix/replace, what has been your experience and what is the life cycle of this part. My driving is 95% highway and I rarely push this car to any limits. Is there any specific maintenance for this part I should adhere to...

I know you won't like this answer, but I'll give it to you up front. There IS no "expected life" for these types of things. Like most
parts on your car, it's going to vary greatly from car to car, same model taken into consideration. I have seen this hundreds of times.
Your alternator may go at 30K or 50K miles, mine is fine at 148K miles. Or vice versa. My supercharger went at around 60-70K (it's been a couple of years and I can't remember exactly). Yours and many owners out there never have a problem with them. So there's the real answer. Things that people have had as problems on their C230K's, I have never had in the 148,000 miles I have on my car.
Other things I've had gone kaput, they have not.

It's just a matter of fate. There's really nothing you can do to "protect" these parts, like a supercharger or an alternator or these kinds of things.

Fluid and filter changes are critical to long engine life. Obviously. Flush the radiator, change the tranny fluid and filter, change the oil and oil filter, air filter, etc. Fuel filter too. These kinds of things I didn't mention because I assumed that most of the folks on this forum already know this.
