Default 2001 Mercedes C240 audio problem

I have a 2001 Mercedes C240, the other day my brother was playing music loud, and Im not sure what he did. He lowered the volume, and when he went to turn it back on, no sound at all. No radio sound, no cd sound, nothing...

Where the speakers blown out?
There is no sound from any speakers.
I reset the audio bass, fader, bal. etc. Still nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I was told that it could be the wiring, but I have no idea where to check that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ask me questions and I'll try to help you out. But on the BENZs...they use a fiber optic cable, and they call it the D2B system, and on the really new cars (about 04 and up), it's called the MOST system. Chances are one of the components in your car is not communicating with the MASTER (which is the HEAD UNIT). The rest of the components are called the SLAVE. It's a little complicated to explain, but it's much easier with a Diagnostic equipment to diagnose which component is "acting up."

take care,
