I am a proud new owner of a 2000 C230 Kompressor Sport and new to this board. I have a few issues which my local shop is taking care of for me. But something that's bugging me is the fuel gague. If I fill the tank appropriately (no over-squeezing) the fuel gague is always showing up as empty. It eventually comes back onlinebut usually about 100 miles later... I found out from the shop that they could replace the tank float, but it doesn't guarantee that the issue won't return. [>:] Can someone tell me what is causing this issue and why it might return. Also, does anyone know if there is a better fix for all of this? Thanks!
