1998 C-Class making woom woom noise at slow speeds
Hi all,
I recently had my front brake pads and routers replaced with aftermarket parts. Soon after I noticed when I drove slowly or when I would break instead of a smooth ride I get a kinda of whooom whooom noise coming from the front and sometimes even a feeling that dousn't seem quiet right which is really bad when I drive slowly. It seems like when the wheels goes around each time this noise happens. It is worse sometimes then others.
Has anybody heard of such a thing happening or could perhaps tell me what they think it is?

Are this pads and rotors original size, or larger, or adapted. From your description it seems as friction from some kind of interference from the brake installation or ancillary wheel parts.
German engineering does not condone adaptations that do not match preset data.
