Hello All,
I have just purchased an 1997 Mercedes C200 and the ECU is not working. I sent it to England to try and get it fixed, but they are taking really long and I need it urgently. I called my local dealership and they cannot get one. If anyone has advice or knows where to get one, please tell me.
Here is the information below:

Mercedes: 018 545 11 32
Bosch: 0 261 200 614

I was told that this ECU is no longer being made and I must source other model number. I have found from my research that these three ECUs are compatible:
Other Model Numbers that would work:
018 545 44 32
018 545 43 32
A019 545 58 32

However, I also discovered that they would need to be "remapped" or "coded" to work on the car, can my local Mercedes dealership do this? And if they cannot, where do I go to get it done? Please help! I need an ECU asap!
