Default 1997 C280 A/C...Fan problem

My A/C doesnt work. The fan doesnt even work, there is no air blowing out from the vents. But the display(A/C dash) still shows. The display was showing the fan on max for 1min. it didnt work and all of a sudden turned on and the air was really cold. When i started my car again the next day it didnt work again...and the day after it did work.

What could be the problem?

Any help appreciated

it can be from seized blower motor or defective regulator for the blower.

take it to the workshop and let them check.

if only fuse, maybe $2 to free.

if motor, maybe $300-$400.

if regulator, around $200-$300.
