hey im having acouple issues with my c220 and i was wondering if anyone could help me out here

1. headliner is falling, is there anything i can do to reattach it or should i take it to a pro

2. when ever i lock my doors with the button or remote the fuse for central locking system blows and the car wont start untill i replace fuse, this only happens when i lock with the button or remote, so i now have to push the ***** down myself

3. in cold weather there is a buzzing like a fan coming from the area with the domelight

4. not really a problem but does anyone know good bulbs for my headlights that are very bright and blue, i bought one brand that wasnt bright or blue

 

oh yeah and my ac blows cold but only blows out of the outer two vents, not the center two, and regardless of the setting it always blows out to the windshield vent

 

For the headliner. How bad is it comming off? Do you know how to sew? Im not sure about the other issues but the AC not blowing properly might be a valve or somesort.
