Interior temp problem

My 2008 MB E350 does not push heat unless after running it for around 6 miles I stop the car turn off ignition wait a minute and then restart. Last year when this happened they replaced the module in the dashboard. Checked the radiator and is full. Any thoughts much appreciated.
