ok i got this nice 99 E430 here that seems not to like fans. it has blowen up 3 times now. i have replaced the fan fan clutch the rad fan shroud water pump and had the hood fixed X2. i just did the same repair like 3 days before i put it up for the winter. took it out of storage today.. took her out and BOOM for the 3rd time the darn fan came apart taking out everything again. so before i spend 500 bucks getting the hood fixed again .... what am i missing?? i am using Mercedes parts$$$$$$

 

could i have a pully thing going on?? water pump pully to small??? balancer to big? i have got a fan and shroud coming from the local Benz dealer and a new belt. im not getting a new clutch as i have put 2 new ones on it. and it looks and feels fine. if i go electric fan with it. is there a spot to put a temp sensor? and on a side note. where can i put a line in for a Oil gauge?
