Hello,

I have a B180CDI and i did something stupid - i pressed on ‘read oil level’ in a diagnostic tool i have (Delphi)

Now car won’t go into gear, gearbox is K7A350 and error is ‘Adaptation not complete’.
I tried readaptation with autel, xentry, launch, it starts, but it does not finish.

I talked to an indy car repair shop and they said TCU software was erased and it’s complicated to fix.

What are my options here? Do i need a new gearbox? New TCU? I’m lost here, don’t know where to go (except dealership) which will probably charge me as much as the entire car costs.

Anyone went through this?
