I know there used to be SL 73 AMG,that enginewas also used in Pagani Zonda(Brabus had its own version of SL 73 too). If the SL68 you were in was authentic, then it is probablybuilt exclusively for the owner. I've seen a G-class witha 6.0L V8, built by AMG in Taiwan, that car was also published in serveral car magazines in Taiwan. Everything from inside out was built to the owner's specification.

Hi Mio,

I'm back in the US and found the time to connect to the forum. Thanks for your information. I actually was not in the car but driving behind the car. I don't know if it was authentic but at least the tires etc. looked like upgraded by AMG.

You know how kids like to slap emblems on their cars, right? Was there a V-TEC emblem on there somewhere?

Just saying.
