Question on ML55

Question on ML55
My BAS/ESP light comes on when the outside temperature exceeds like 100F (Texas)
and then after I shut down the vechile, and let the car cool down, and then the light
goes away.
and will come back again after few hours driving in the heat.
I have replaced the brake switch.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
