Hi all, I'm new here and want to ask for some advice.

A Mercedes Benz dealer here in the UK has an E55 AMG (2003 Model), that has covered 44,000 miles (70,000kms).

He has agreed to:

1) Add a second year of warranty to the standard 12 months for free
2) Have the alloys refurbed as there is some marks where wheels have rubbed the kerb
3) Full interior and exterior valet

I have never owned a M-B; have always previously owned Volkswagen Audi Group cars. Hence I'd be grateful if anyone could give me a brief list of things I should be looking to check on this car to ensure I'm not getting a donkey.

Generally the car looks very good, and a short test drive confirmed that all its mechanics are working as should be. Is there any know issues that can crop up at around this age / mileage that I should be aware of, and hence budget for?
