My 00 E55 crank sensor is going out. Im going to replace it myself can anyone tell me its location??

 

If you are standing at thefront bumper looking at the motor, it is on the right side rear of the engine. Its gota one wire connector going to it. The socket u need is a small inverted torx, a 12 point 8mmswivle socket with a long extension works really well.
