Default MD area for new interior

I want a new interior soon. Swap the blue stuff out for a vinyl/leather black and greyinterior exactly like this. Does anyone know where in the MD/DC region I could have this done at for a reasonable price?

I know Joe's Upolsty in Frederick does a good job, Classic Upolsty in Hagerstown does a real good job and there is another place in hagerstown never used them so i dont know how they do. Do you have to have leather of would high quality vinyl be good enough?
