Default wis problem

Hi, I just got wis, and have tried to install it on my computer twice but I keeping getting the same problem. It came with two dvds, which I installed then rebooted my computer, went to the pm shortcut, place the password admin, I get up to the point of getting the pmadm icon, but when I double click, I get a message in german, that reads something like application pmadm not found, not active, try again. The thing is that I installed the program manger, in the beginning and all files are installed. I can't get passed this point, in order complete the LAD ID. Can someone help me? thanks
