Windshild washer pump not working, fuses and pump test good
Windshield washer pump doesn’t kick on(dead).
I checked the followings:
What are other things could possibly causing this problem, motor and hat are listed on the fuses box all tested good.

I checked the followings:
- I bench tested the pump and it works fine
- I check all fuses, all are fine
- When I push the turn signal inward to activate the windshield washer pump, I hear a relay kick-in near the fuse box, but pump doesn't turn on at all. I checked the voltage on wires to the pump, no voltage on the wires when windshield washer pump button pushed in.
What are other things could possibly causing this problem, motor and hat are listed on the fuses box all tested good.
