Hi-my driver's side window (power) will not move. Luckily it's in the up position, but whenever I hit the switch to go down or up, I can quietly hear a motor type sound in the door, but nothing happens. I figure the fuse is ok otherwise I wouldn't hear anything. Any suggestions?

It semi-catches. It starts to go down, but I have to give it pretty good pressure. It definitely won't go the whole way on its own though. Is this something a regular person (me) can fix on my own? Thanks.
