Hi, I'm a newbie to this forum.

Closing in on buying a MB. Have been looking at used on eBay and it appears that almost all the cars available come with only one key and no users manual. What's up with that? How carefully can the ownership record be kept when you can't even keep both keys together and no manual?

I don't get it, but it smells fishy to me -- as in flooded. These are all beautifully detailed s500's and s600's. Carfax shows no flood, no criminal activity on car, but really, no 2nd key?? I'm suspicious right off the bat.

Can you buy a MB from eBay and get a quality car? If not, where is a reliable place to buy used MB with confidence?
