Mine look exactly like that, but mine are highly polished aluminum (look like chrome). They have a small squiggly symbol between two lug holes and between the center cap and one of those small holes on each wheel. The symbol kinda looks like an "M" and a "C" merged together, unless I'm looking at it upside down. I have no idea who made them.
